Yes, but it's not included in any beverage package.

It's on the Boardwalk as you walk through the doors from Central Park.

Just to clarify, it's on Deck 6 near the carousel as you enter the Boardwalk. Central Park is on deck 8 you can't get to Boardwalk from Central Park [emoji6]. Aft end of Promenade head up a deck to Boardwalk and you'll have it [emoji4]

Yes, you can use gift cards and you can use the app as well. Some people upload their gift card onto the mobile app and use that. :)
