If you made them small enough to upload, they would likely be too small to read.

 

Instead, try uploading to a photo sharing site such ast Photobucket or FlickR, and then post links to the photos in your posts here.

No, the majority of ships are still using menus that are a few years old. They are supposed moving all the ships to the new menus, but have given no timetable.
