Put your skills and a little luck to the test in Carnival's casinos! Guests must be 18 years of age or older to play the tables and the slot machines; guests under 18 years of age are not permitted...

Yes.

 

People under 18 aren't supposed to be in the casino at all. My mom and I didn't follow that rule back in 2002(I was 13). My mom played slots at a machine that was very close to the edge of the casino. I showed her how to operate the machine by pointing(but not touching), but I otherwise kept my hands behind my back.

Yes my son turns 18 in June we cruise in August he is looking forward to it!

If I recall but it was 7 years ago my daughter was 18 and she was allowed to play slots not the tables, call Carnival and they will give you the answer immediately.
