No sign of Indian dishes at the buffet:(

Purchased bogo dining and was assigned Wonderland for first night-Yippee

Internet is working great

Great room steward

Pizza appears under cooked. No issues with the staff placing a few slices back in the oven for crispier crust

Food has been yummy although this is subjective

Line for bumper cars was efficient

Bon Jovi band was popular but too loud for me to stay

The Gift is only shown the first 2 nights

Bad rocking last night and this morning

Embarkation was a breeze. Arrived around 10:45 and was on board in 15 minutes

Syngery is very popular

Spectra Caberet should not be missed

I'm on deck 3 in an ocean view. I like the location near the elevators and one deck below deck 4 Esplanade

The bed and sofa is hard. My great cabin steward added more padding to help with the bed

So much music available in the evening throughout the ship

137 signed up for M&M

Top tier event - day 5 at 10:30 was well attended

Saw 2 accessible evevalors which I have never seen on other ships

Representative at the next cruise desk tried to convince me to sign up for a credit card - no deal

Dru is the cruise director

The captain is from Croatia. I did not get his name.

Loving this ship!

When you get off what transportation are you going to use to get to the airport if that's where you'll be going ?

I'll need to get to EWR when I cruise in October...Roll call shipmate ;)

Shared shuttle $20 to EWR. No reservations needed. It's discussed on the East Coast departures board.

Yes...I know, have been posting/reading there also...just hoping now for "your" experience once you use it..as far as timing goes.

Ashland, I'll post more into after I use the shuttle. You provided great insight on the Alaska board a few years ago and it's my pleasure to return the favor.

Thank you so much for the kind words...Looking forward to hearing from you :)

OP,

Thanks for posting. Love your short and sweet style without having to start at "In the Beginning God created....." and read through a whole history book......though I enjoy that on snow days.:D:D;)

This is a unique sailing of Bermuda and Boston. Please advise if any info is needed from the cruise compass while I'm still on board. I don't usually bring the compass home with me.

After this cruise I'll need a vacation to recuperate from vacation. So much action going on around the ship.

great info, many thanks, when you talked about the ship rocking were you referring to rough seas ? how bad ?

When we left Bermuda there were high winds. I placed on a motion patch which helped. The rough seas lasted that night and didn't end until the following afternoon. It was difficult to walk straight and I dint drink. :)

We are on the next Thursday Cruise, along with several of the other followers.

Thanks for doing this.

Wife is excited about a Bon Jovi tribute band. (Why are they always so loud?)

Are the crepes with ice cream still is in the back of the WJ (yum, yum)

Sorry I missed this question. The crepes were in the windjammer with various choices of filling. On another occasion a lady with a cart was roaming windjammer with vanilla and strawberry hand packed ice cream.

The ice cream was not on the same day as the crepes however it would have been nice.

Another installment

Today is day 6 and all aboard is 8:30 pm in Boston

There is a smoking section outside of the next cruise desk on deck 5

Formal nights have been very formal to casual and everything in between

Tonight is Anthem Rocks in the music hall. Might be too loud for me to stay.

Tonight is Quest in 270 at 10:15 or 10:30

I'm have not visited the casino

The dig house in located inside the Seaplex on deck 15

Johnny Rockets ran out of apple pie yesterday at lunch

ImmIrgration came on board this morning and the rep advised me to behave. I asked him why is someone just telling me this on day 6 - too late

I haven't seen the captain however someone is navigating us

I'm traveling solo but I'm not solo. I've met a great group of people

Uber SUV from Black Falcon cruise terminal to Faneuil Hall was $14
