Question.. If you have a second, don't go out of your way, can you ask about the Tomahawk Ribeye in Cagneys? A friend of mine just got off the Breakaway this past Sunday the day you boarded, and it was in the menu and he ordered it. But apparently it's not on the menu for your sailing? Thanks! As I mentioned, it was $35pp. The guy sitting next to me and I had some good laughs so it was worth the price and I have a memory! Unless I auction it off at the champagne art auction lol

I will try to remember when we return there later in the week. I thought it was an upcharge item also above the admission fee but I could be wrong.

 

I will check and post what I find out.

Also I recommend showing up 10-15 min before the posted sign up time which is 15 min before start, as they only have 12 seats and by signup there were more than 12 so some did not get in.

 

It lasted about 45-50 mins total.

The Beef Dip (YES). One of the best lunches we had in the Haven restaurant. I am so having one or three when we get on board.

We found the coffee from the Lavazza machine to be okay...but it wasn't easy at all to figure out how to use that thing! Lots of trial and error pressing buttons...

How bad was it trying to get into the parking lot? IS the parking lot after the port drop off area. I'm trying to avoid the line up of taxi cars buses.

It is not bad, you drive up top, pay on the first pier then drive to the parking pier unload your bags near the elevator then park. After parking take the elevator down one to drop your bags off then check in. You can drive onto the second level and drop your bags off then exit and go around again if you do not want to drag your bags to the elevator but that seems like a hassle with NY traffic to get back into the parking lot:

Sorry this report is currently lacking many updates, I blame this view from our balcony for stealing our afternoon away, and as most who are on this board probably have experienced, you can trust me on the undeniable soothing sounds of the wake crashing below. Do not need a massage to relax that is for sure-

Well sorry again for lack of updates, it was and is a totally relaxing afternoon, with only reading and watching a movie in the stateroom.

Yep. They all look like that on NCL. Nothing like the land based restaurants. You missed it! I understand Haven folks get to eat there on embarkation day for free. Anyway, nacho's are good. Other than that, I'd much rather have the Uptown grill burgers. We thought they were some of the best ones we ever had, land or sea.
