Prices of cartons of cigarettes onboard?

Recommended Posts

Bought the green Marlboro onboard last week. A 2 carton box is just under $80. Bought it and a magnet for $80. Of course, I cannot find the receipt now. There is also a four carton box available for a better per carton price.

One carton per adult can be brought in duty free. Overage can be assessed $10/carton according to our CBP officer.

Ask to look at the carton to ensure they are USA made whichever brand you buy.

I bought 10 carton s of Pall Mall Lights and they are British made and totally different and not very good:mad:

St.Thomas and St.Martin, cigarettes are less than $25 a carton. I've seen it as low as $22, if you get further away from the ship, even a few blocks.

You are also authorized to bring more cartons into the US duty free from St Thomas. I believe it's 5 cartons per person duty free.

I brought back four cartons last month from the Dream, and declared them on the customs form. Customs in New Orleans just waved us through.

Which they will often do but they can make you pay taxes on anything over the authorized amount.
