Orator Posted July 27, 2017 #26 Share Posted July 27, 2017 This is true, but I think it's reasonable to expect that Celebrity staff would be provided with training on standards to be maintained across ships. My impression was that the MC bartender from our cruise was clearly inexperienced. Although myself and a couple other posters had a mediocre experience with Michael's Club, it's great to know that the majority of other cruisers have had great experiences. Celebrity has recently created the position of Suite Manager. Responsibilities include supervising MC and the Staff in MC. You should report any problems to the Suite Manager ASAP. If the position is not on your ship you should report to Guest Relations Manager. I've experienced a range of service, but most I would rate as outstanding. Some, like Anca have been exceptional. wrk2cruise Posted July 27, 2017 #27 Share Posted July 27, 2017 I think mostly the bar servers are trying to please the Suite passengers. My feeling when the rules were tighter in MC it was that the F&B manager was behind it.
