Cancelling Excursions

Is it possible to cancel an excursion on sail away day? Will the excursions desk even be open?

 

My sister has an excursion she will need to cancel, but to cancel 24 hours prior, I think she will either need to cancel as soon as we board the ship or before we leave. Her preference was to cancel on board and use the refund as OBC, but I'm concerned about the timing. We'll be on the Radiance in two weeks and the excursion is at 7:30 am on Day 3, so she would have to cancel the evening of Day 1 or before 7:30 on Day 2.

RC changed the time from 24 hours to 48 hours.

 

But yes, the excursions desk will be open when you board.
