HI again! On my cruise documents it looks like I have VIP Embarkation. I didn't know this was even an option. How does it work?

If you are in a suite or are Pinnacle, Diamond+, Diamond, Emerald, Platinum, or Gold, you will be called to embark in that order.

If that is something added by your travel agent, I don't think it works on Royal.

It only works to your benefit if you arrive very early. If you arrive after boarding has started, you will simply be directed to the shortest line to proceed. They won't stop others from checking in and boarding once the process has started!

What time would be good to arrive? This is our second cruise, so we will be gold, and I see that listed, but was not sure what it meant.

I'd plan to walk in the cruise terminal at 10:30am.
