ellykayelle Posted August 17, 2017 #1 Share Posted August 17, 2017 Long time cruiser. First time on RCI. We are booking two connecting rooms on the Liberty and have only two options for our sailing, 7626/28 or 8260-62. The ones on 7 are mid ship which I like, but they are just in front of the hump. We want to be able to look back while sailing, and I haven't found if that is a problem in those cabins. The ones on 8 are starboard and more forward but still considered mid ship. Thank you for any input.
Clarea Posted August 17, 2017 #2 Share Posted August 17, 2017 Your view from the deck 7 staterooms will be slightly blocked when looking aft. Not a huge deal. but it you want a better view aft, then go with deck 8.

cb at sea Posted August 17, 2017 #4 Share Posted August 17, 2017 The "hump" is the area where the sides of the ship bow outward...look at the deck plans. Not all ships have that feature. We like the 'hump' area, and have never found any blockage of a view...ever!
