Smoking allowed in the casino and on the starboard side of the outside of decks 5, 9, and 10. No heated pools. The cruise line does not post MDR menus. The pools aren't deep...maybe 5 ft at the deepest point....and they are pretty small, so standing in the water is about what you end up doing.
