Emerald princess Cabins L201 and L233

I am thinking abut booking these rooms. L201 is under the fitness center and I am not sure what is next to L233. Has anyone experienced either of these rooms? Would you recommend them?

I was in L245 earlier this year on Emerald Princess.During the night There was a sound above like the mop buckets on wheels rolling around every now and again.:eek:

I personally would never book a room with a fitness club above.

My guess on the white space next to 233 is that it might be pumps and plumbing for the pool and spas on the deck above. Personally, I'd avoid that like the plague.

@newfielover Did you stay in one of those rooms?

 

I was just looking at Room L201 or other room in that area.  They are across from the thermal spa (access from the deck above).  L201 is under the fitness area, L202 looks like it is under the massage rooms.  We actually have an ocean view booked already, but can upgrade for less than $400 and are wondering if it's worth it.

Have had L 202 and it was nice and quiet.

Thank you for the reply.  We are looking at this room for Alaska.  I saw a review of the room and it said it had a solid white balcony, not clear glass so the view is obstructed (not a full view of your surroundings).  Can you confirm this?

Yes solid steel because it starts to curve.

Areas like that the glass transitions to the solid steel.
