Weird problem printing luggage tags

when I hit "print luggage tags here" I get clear image of the tags.

When I try to print, it divides the tag into two pages, one with

Ship

Cabin

Location

Date

All in black and white, and second page with

MAROON

Space for out information to be filled in

This page is in color!!!

 

Is this something I'm doing wrong. Tried printing from my iPad and MacBook. Both separate these two pages.

 

I imagine I can upload as photo and print that but curious if this is a known problem? Last. Step before packing..

in print preview, change the scale from shrink to fit/100% to something like 80%

Printing problems can be frustrating. A couple suggestions: 1) Do you have another printer to use? 2) When I print the tags, I do it from my browser (happens to be Chrome) and use the print dialog (clicking the 3 dots in the upper right corner). It shows me my printer settings, paper size and color options. I can check those to be sure I haven't selected the wrong paper size etc.

Also try saving the file to PDF which you can on the MAC. Then look at the print preview.

 

Side note: If you show up at the pier without tags, they will give you tags there.

I had the same problem with my iPad. I used my windows PC and had no problems.

It seems to be an ipad/mac problem. Android seems to work find.

Don't waste your time. Just get luggage tags from the porters at the pier.
