Grandeur casino question

I read somewhere that they changed the time the casino is open. I am trying to plan a slot pull for our cruise to Bermuda on 9/16. I would like to have it on the 17th, does anyone know if the casino will be open at 11am? Also if anyone knows who the casino host is and their email address can you please share that with me?

If you are docked the casino is closed all day and does not reopen until 9:00pm or after you leave the dock to open seas.

Early, I cannot check my Cruise Compass for a couple of days, but I seem to remember 8 or 9AM.

The slots opened around 9 AM and the tables opened at 11:30.

 

The hostess is Kaia. Really nice lady.
