Surviving Irma

We made it, by the Grace of God. We were evacuated, but were blessed with a very safe house to bunk down in with family. We had to leave our beautiful homestead and our 14 chickens. It was the hardest thing I have ever done. Not knowing what we would come back too.

Our southern neighbors took the brunt.

We have no electricity but the breeze right now is incredible. House intact and chickens are fine!

We are leaving for Cocoa Beach this Saturday, electricity or not, and sailing Sunday on the Liberty and WE NEED IT.

These last 3 weeks have totally exhausted us and stressed us out.

Praying for all who lost everything with this nasty, horrible storm.

So glad it is over.

DRINK PLEASE!!

Glad you made it thru. Here in Atlanta it's pretty windy and rainy out. Our lights keep blinking on and off. I just hope it moves on quickly. We are due to cruise OCT/14th from ft Lauderdale. That's 33 days away.

Wondering how much damage to the port

Enjoy your cruise
