Wow!!! That was fast!!!

I just submitted my price protection form for my early saver fare, my fare did not go down but I saw where they were now offering OBC. It took all of 2 minutes for them to send me my approval letter, I then checked my booking and it is already showing. That is the fastest I have ever received an approval.

 

So with everything going on with the ship changes, port and weather related stuff, I can say that Carnival is on the ball.:D

I also had a very quick response when calling in for a price drop last Thursday. The woman I spoke with was so nice and helpful and took care of everything within minutes. When I told her I felt bad for calling in and taking her time away from other important calls, she assured me that it was definitely worth it for the $100/drop in price. She was in a Ft. Lauderdale call center and super nice and helpful. This reassured me that Carnival was trying to do all they can for everyone of their customers. :D
