Don't worry, not both. It is "a la carte" only on the Koningsdam where Sel de Mer has its own venue separate from the Pinnacle Grill and is a stand alone operation.

 

On all other ships where it is offered, it is only one night per cruise as a pop-up in the Pinnacle Grill with a much more limited menu, hence the $49 cover charge.

We have booked the Koningsdam, I forgot about Le Cirque now being changed to Sel de Mer. Thanks for the replies.

 

I wonder what they did with the red rimmed dishes with the monkeys. (Wish they would sell them in the gift shop).
