Minnie29 Posted September 23, 2017 #1 Share Posted September 23, 2017 ;pJust booked our first MSC cruise on the Magnifica. Can anyone answer a few questions for me? How do I book the complimentary spa that’s included in the package? I can see all the massages online but nowhere mentions the package inclusion. Also would like to book Oriental the speciality restaurant. If I book online can I book a specific date and are they likely to offer any discounts once onboard? Any tips from you regular MSC cruisers would be fantastic!! Thank you
sidari Posted September 23, 2017 #2 Share Posted September 23, 2017 You have to go to the spa in order to let them know which massage you would like as part of the Aurea package, as far as I kow you cannot pre book dining on MSC ships prior to boarding. If I am wrong I am sure someone will be along to point it out.
Rare Beamafar Posted September 23, 2017 #3 Share Posted September 23, 2017 Sidari is right about having to wait 'til onboard to book your massage and the Oriental Plaza. You can pre-purchase the special offer (we discussed on another thread) for the restaurant on your booking, but not the date and time. There's really no need to book a table in advance for Speciality restaurants - they are very rarely busy! I'll see what offers, if any, are on offer next week and report back. Janet&Carl Posted September 23, 2017 #5 Share Posted September 23, 2017 Hi Minnie - make sure you book your massage as soon as you get on. Sea days fill up very quickly and you don't want the only booking available to be when you should be exploring a wonderful new port. I always go there first and havent been disappointed - had the first sea day every time. I have heard others that left it until they wanted the massage and were grumpy that all the sea day spots were filled on the first day.
