deshae1992 Posted September 25, 2017 #1 Share Posted September 25, 2017 Hello! I just got off my first cruise this morning, and I did NOT receive a comment card or a satisfaction/complaint card. During my cruise, I had an amazing time, and spent most of it in the casino :o. While I was in the casino, I had great service by two casino dealers. They happened to be husband and wife! They over exceeded my expectations, and really were the two main people that I enjoyed walking into every evening in the casino. During blackjack, I may have lost but I still enjoyed it because of them. I only have great things to say about the both of them, but was unable to write down or express my appreciation to someone who matters. Considering that these two spoke decent English, it was hard for me to understand what the husband was saying my last night in the casino. He had to be very careful with cameras and such, but seemed to express to me something about writing something down for him and his wife. I assured him that it would be my pleasure to speak highly of them, and he told me thank you. So I am assuming I understood what he was talking about. He said "On your final night, you have, how do you say, paper...then he took his hand and his finger and acted like he was writing on his hand as his finger was a pencil...so.. do these workers get special things if they are call out on awesome customer service? how can I speak to someone to make sure these two know that something great was said about them? Carnival doesn't have an email, and I want to make sure whoever their boss is- knows how wonderful these two are, along with my awesome steward. Sorry so long! Thanks in advance. I know it's too late for you last cruise but you will know next time plus others will see this advice and potentially act on it. If you know their names the best thing to do at this point is to write a letter to corporate with your comments, it should eventually find its way to the ship.
