You can upgrade anytime you want. You will be subject to current prices and promos, so if you had a promo with your previous price, you may lose it if that promo is not in force now.

As you are from the UK, I would assume you have booked with the UK Office?

 

You will need to lose your deposit paid and re-book under the new promotion to get the drinks package

 

Depending on when you booked, there was an offer recently which allowed you ONE free change (think it was the free OBC Offer). If you booked under this offer you may be in luck

 

Either way, you'll need to call them anyway
