Halloween on the Liberty 10/29 sailing...Picture heavy review!!!

Day two was Nassau, and what can I say, once you've been there multiple times, you really don't want to get off. My BFF wanted shot glasses, so I got off long enough to get those and get back on the ship. It was crowed out there as Allure of the Seas was in port. Mad house is a better word.

Love your detailed review, tell us more about the ship activities in the evening.

They have the norm, comedy, I don't remember any shows on this cruise, but we had an awesome Halloween Party. The activity that takes up most of my evenings on a cruise is the Casino, I always win between $500-$800 every trip, with the exception of this trip being a really short cruise. We did take part in the Disco on Halloween night and it was awesome. Someone has the Fun Times posted for the 4 day Liberty on page 1 of the Carnival thread.

I am enjoying your review. The Liberty is my favorite Carnival ship, it had such a gorgeous interior, plus I went on it when it cruised from Puerto Rico on 7 night cruises, so my overall experience on the Liberty was amazing. I'm glad to see pictures of her again, and I'm glad that you enjoyed your trip! :)

I'm sorry you had room troubles, glad they were able to get you a not-dirty room, even if there were other issues in it-and it's good to hear you made the best of it.

Looking forward to the Halloween pictures! We will be on the Breeze next Halloween, so I'm loving checking out threads from everyone on Halloween cruises this year.

I'm enjoying your review and photos mouche. Sorry to hear about your cabin problems. Your photos of the stairs on Lido are....how do I put it....disgusting! Did they clean them during the cruise?

Glad to hear you had a good time. Following.

They needed more than a good cleaning, those were actual holes in the stairs, they were working on major repairs.

Good morning everyone:), so on to Princess Cays, I absolutely love, love, this private island, oh!!! first let me post this, have any of you ever seen the show Married at First Sight? Well, this couple was on the show last season and I ran into them on the Lido deck, they were sweet enough to let me take a picture.

Princess Cays, was simply beautiful, I like that it was smaller than HMC and very walkable, the shops are way overpriced as well as the drinks but it was a wonderful day with beautiful weather. The water was a little chilly when first getting in, but warmed up pretty fast. I would advise water shoes as there are lots of rocks as you first get in, no biggie for me as I always have water shoes.

The tender to the port was a nice short ride although getting on the tender from the ship was a job in itself, very rocky, we all were falling as if we were drunk. We were on the upper level, it was fumy to watch people board the tender, I can now see why they have to skip tender ports when the wind is too high.

The lunch buffet that Carnival served was not good at all (my opinion), the hot dog was barely cooked and the chicken was too pink at the bone for me. I decided to wait until I got back on the ship to get a really good burger at Guy's. Also the flies, OMG the flies, they seem to be eating more than anyone else.

Here's a few pictures of the tender over and the island...
