VIFP reward for bringing new cruiser

On other lines, I have gotten OBC for referring a new customer when they book. They also get a reward. Does anyone know if Carnival does this?

I already tried calling them and got the same textbook answer I could get by searching online. Is there a phone number specifically for VIFP club? Their 800 number is very user unfriendly unless you want to book or have booked.

No gimmick--just payment for something you were going to do anyway.

A while back Carnival was giving a $25 (I think) gift card if you referred a new cruiser. Of course my timing wasn’t right and I missed out on a lot of $$. They no longer do that.

I used to receive shipboard credit for referring new customers to Carnival, but Carnival stopped that program a few years ago. Here is an old thread from 2013 about it if you're interested.

That’s a shame as in May I will have 3 virgin cruisers with me.
