Upgrading Beverage Package Onboard

I know when you upgrade onboard at a bar the bartender receives the 18% gratuity. Does anyone know if you ask your cabin attendant to do the upgrade if he or she receives the gratuity?

Just my opinion, but I feel the cabin attendant works harder for the automatic gratuity than the bartender that hands me a bottle of beer or water.

Yes I agree everyone onboard works hard and yes we do leave the cabin attendant an additional gratuity at the end of the cruise.

Just wondering.

The stateroom attendant is paid separate gratuities for the services they provide with the stateroom and would not receive the gratuities for the beverage package - even if they would somehow sell the package - as they do not serve the drinks. The bartenders who serve the drinks are involved in the 18% beverage gratuity.

A Sixth?

Sounds as if you just drank a fifth or liter if you are on the metric system.

No one mentioned how much anyone made and yours’ are not random words but more like incoherent words.
