Getting to Miami from fort Lauderdale airport

We're going to be using uber (first timers :o). 2 questions:

 

2 people with luggage - probably 3 pieces and carry-ons. What size should we order?

 

Are tips included in the fare? I've read conflicting answers.

Tips are not included in the fare.

It used to be that Uber didn't encourage tipping but now they make it easy to do that either by your credit card on the app or you certainly may tip with cash.

We used QLS Transportation for a shuttle from our Ft. Lauderdale hotel to the Port of Miami, and from the port to the Ft. Lauderdale airport. It was about $15.00 per person for each trip. We were very pleased with the service and cost, and would not hesitate to use them again. We did pre-book and pay online because we like to have all our arrangements made ahead of time.
