Harmony OTS first hours question

If I understood correctly, you are not issued your sea pass card at initial check-in any more. I thought I read/heard that you pick it up in your stateroom once it is open. Ok so far...

 

My question is how do you buy a drink (we have the drink package...) before you get into your room? (We are not going to be getting the WOW bands on this sailing...they really don't make us go WOW...)

You use your SetSail pass, the bar servers will scan the barcode on that.

Your set-sail pass will serve as your "charge card" until you get your seapass!

No problem. That's why every individual gets their own SetSail pass on Harmony (and Quantum class too).

Unless processes have recently changed, the Sea Pass card has always been issued at check in, because they take your photo ID and you need the card to board the ship.

It's changed. Your photo is taken and you use your set, sail and pass printout. One card is left outside of the stateroom to give you entry into the state room and the other is in the room.
