Haven upgrade - switching dining to internet question

In the event my bid for a Haven suite upgrade is accepted (up from a spa mini-suite) from what I have read the Haven dining perk is excellent. So I'm wondering if I could exchange my current specialty dining pkg to the 250 minute of wifi which I really would like due to circumstances at home. Can this be done or once you accept your special pkgs you can't change them? I guess I could just buy one but would rather use that money on something else. Thanks for any input!

Whether you win your upgrade or not, you can change your promo selection and either pay more/receive a refund (depending on what is switched) BEFORE you board.

The likelihood of a Havens upgrade is low and happens very close to departure date. The cruise will probably be closed for changes at that point (control of changes transferred to ship).

Promos can be changed up until 24 hours prior to the cruise....they can't be altered once on the ship.
