We are on the Jewel sailing February 11 out of San Juan. We have booked excursions for each port. Can we cancel the excursion for a refund if we change our mind? When do we need to cancel? What is the deadline? Thanks

I think RCL recently went with a two days before the excursion cancellation policy (used to be 24 hours). Note that if you pay for your excursion with a credit card pre-cruise, if you cancel they won't refund your credit card but rather give you a shipboard credit.

Yes, usually up to 24-48 hrs in advance. If before sailing then they should refund to the cc you used to pay, if onboard it goes to obc.

3 days before the sailing date to get a refund to the credit card. Once onboard,, 2 days before the excursion to get a credit to your onboard account.
