Bettyboop66 Posted December 29, 2017 #1 Share Posted December 29, 2017 Just got back from a 14 day cruise on the Regal and had a great time. Met many crew members that were great. We handed out the recognition cards onboard to several of them, also mentioned them on the after cruise survey. Unfortunately, I missed one of the crew on the survey and he was AMAZING. I'm hoping that someone knows if and how I can do that since the survey has already been completed. I did give him one of the onboard cards but I really wanted to recognize him again. Thanks in advance for the help.
fishywood Posted December 29, 2017 #2 Share Posted December 29, 2017 I'm sure the recognition card has long made its way to the crewmember's supervisor. But if you want the commendation to be sent directly to corporate you may want to use the Contact Us page on the Princess website: https://book.princess.com/captaincircle/customerCare.page Scroll down to EMAIL SUPPORT, in the left dropbox select Post Cruise Questions/Comments, then in the next box Feedback. Princess surely will be pleased to be receiving positive rather than critical feedback in your case.
Thrak Posted December 29, 2017 #3 Share Posted December 29, 2017 We recently did 28 days on Emerald Princess and there were a number of crew members who really stood out and went the extra mile to make our cruise great. I put in the card and mentioned some of them on the survey but there weren't enough "slots" on the survey to mention all of them. I wrote a note and sent it via email to customerservice@princess.com This morning I got a nice call from Princess thanking me for the positive feedback. The guy on the phone said it was nice to deal with someone who had positive things to say rather than having to contact someone about a complaint. He thanked me several times and assured me that he was forwarding the note to management on Emerald Princess who would in turn let each of the crew I mentioned know I had sent the note and what I had to say about them. I'm very happy as I truly feel each of those I mentioned went above and beyond and really did have a positive impact on our cruise. I'm glad they will get the recognition. HTH. Thanks, we did this and handed all of them their cards. I just wanted to go the extra mile for some of them that were extra special.
