I asked the rep for their email address and he said we don't have one, seriously? I wanted write a letter complaining about removing the TV network channels. He had no idea what i was talking about. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said he was a supervisor. I then asked for his supervisor and he refused.To think that Carnival customer care is clueless about major changes like this is unacceptable. Does anyone know how to write to Carnival? Just like when they started letting kids in the adult area, enough people complained and they changes their policy. We need a voice, and obviously the phone is not the answer. You just never know what kind of ding dong you will end up with on the other end. You should get a response from the email although it could take a few days. Let us know what they say.
