gcbranscome Posted February 5, 2018 #1 Share Posted February 5, 2018 Hi! I'm a first time cruiser, so this might seem like a stupid question but is there really a difference between deck 10 to deck 12 when it comes to feeling the sway of the ship? I like the cabin location available on deck 12 better than 10 because it's more central, looking over Central Park. TIA. deliver42 Posted February 5, 2018 #2 Share Posted February 5, 2018 I think it depends on how sensitive you are. I've never felt any difference.

Sent from my iPad using Forums It depends on various factors such: Sea conditions Wind conditions Speed of ship Your sensitivity to motion Some will say theirs no difference and others will reply the lower the better. Only you know how sensitive you are to motion as as well as others in your party.
Ourusualbeach Posted February 5, 2018 #4 Share Posted February 5, 2018 Regardless of all the other factors I would be very surprised if anyone could tell the difference in movement with only a 2 deck difference.
