BLU same wait staff each night?

If you arrive at the same time every evening (or breakfast) it is likely you can get the same staff if you want. There is no assigned seating and no assigned wait staff, but people generally sit in the same section (at least we always have) and you would have the same staff/servers at both breakfast and dinner.

There are mostly two-tops and some four-tops, and they are very close together so while you aren't seated WITH someone, you can certainly carry on conversations - if you choose to. We love to visit with people in the restaurants, but it is obvious when you sit if the people nearby are interested in talking or not.

You can also mix it up and tell them where you'd like to sit. We tend to keep the same wait person if we can because they get to know our preferences, etc.

They will try to seat you with same wait staff if there is seating available in their section. You will have your own table at breakfast. The tables are very close in Blu though.

My experience in Aqua is that if you find a location (many want a window table) or server that you like, if you arrive at appproximately at the same time each night, and you let the Blu hostess know your preferences, you will probably get your request. My experiences for breakfast have varied in terms of location and servers. People tend to dine around the same time in the evening. Breakfast dining times vary depending on whether it is a port or sea day, activities on the ship, etc., which means it is harder to always get the same location or server.
