I have received discount offers of 20% off unlimited internet in an email link. I think it all depends on whether they've met their quota in sales, so you never know. I've received discount offers on photo packages, specialty dining, drink packages and specific excursions, too.

I booked my cruise directly with Celebrity, so I'm not sure. The few cruises that I booked via a travel agency, I received reminders to book excursions and various packages through the website in the cruise planner. The travel agent didn't book those items for me. So my answer is 'maybe.' I would let the TA know you're hoping for an internet coupon and then wait. If you don't get an offer, use the Captains Club discount 2 weeks prior to your cruise.

Okay...I’ll check again but last I looked there was ONE offer.....unlimited with photo! I will call since this website is sure not as easy to navigate as other’s are!!
