It will likely be on one of your last sea days...They will have a breakfast, storytime for the kids and a parade. Looks like the 2nd is your last seaday for your cruise....so I think its a good chance it will be held on "Dr Suess Day"!

They will probably do the Dr. Seuss stuff on the same day they always schedule it.

Dr. Seuss Day isn't a national holiday or anything, more of a silly little thing a few elementary schools have been practicing over the past 8 or so years.

Sign up when you get on the ship ASAP if you want early seating it's worth 5$ take your camaras if you wait the later group you will be in. You miss out on most of the morning then

FYI...There will also be a Carnival Photographer there.... Takes great pictures and customizes them by inserting a platter of green eggs and ham on their hands, etc
