itinerary idea: Tampa-Grand Cayman-Cuba-Key West-Tampa

I'd be delighted to take a 10-day cruise with the above itinerary (which would allow for enjoyable sea days, too!) on a Dream-class ship in Feb-March or Sept-October. Include two port days in Havana, too.

Not a bad idea, but I don't think that the Havana port can handle a Dream Class ship. :cool:

Not gonna happen unless Carnival wants to cut a hole in the side of the hull for pier access in Cuba. The Paradise is the only ship with that done.

Dream class = too big for ports in Cuba. HAL has a 7 day with Key West, Havana, Cienfuegos and Grand Cayman. That combination sold us - headed that way on 2/28.

Also Dream class is too big to go under the Skyway Bridge in Tampa.

I don't think a Dream Class ship would fit under the bridge entering Tampa Bay!:confused:

My dad and I are doing a B2B on the Paradise this May with Grand Cayman, Cozumel and Cuba. Nine days total. Something to consider.
