Can I trust the RC website?

Strange question I know, but I don’t have the greatest faith in RC’s website.

Today I resolved a long standing issue with obtaining free gratuities for my AOS sailing next year. RC credited my account and it shows up on my online account (I took a screen shot just to be safe.) However, I didn’t ask for a new invoice to be emailed to me. Do you think I should? I’m afraid what I see online today won’t be there tmrw!

That was too easy, didn’t even have to talk an agent it’s all automated!

Better yet, the credit appears. It only took 2 calls, 2 escalations and 6 weeks :)

That's par for the course.

I have been working on an issue since January 25th. Resolution Department finally answered my email this past Friday and told me they are going to take care of the issue but first you have to put the request in, wait to be declined. Once I get that email I'm to send in that email back to the resolution department and then they will make the exception and over ride it and fix it.

But as of now the wait continues..............

Jimbo:)
