Cruising friend unable to sail question

This has probably been asked before, but I couldn't locate it so please bear with me.

The scenario.... Myself and a friend are booked in a GS. There is a possibility she can't come. I still intend to sail. Sailing is in 55 days. Non refundable .

 

My questions are...

Is it better to just have her be a no show at check-in?

Would port fees, taxes, gratuities be refunded?

Would I get triple points?

If she is a no show, RC would refund of taxes and any pre-cruise purchases. You would also get 3 points per night.

 

You can substitute another person up to 24 hours before the cruise.
