I'm booked on the cruise and there is a roll call thread for it. Unfortunately the person who started the thread didn't format the title in a way that can be picked up by Cruise Critic's roll call search function so it doesn't appear on the index page. You can find it by going to the Norwegian Jewel Roll Call board and just looking down the page for the thread.

I live in New Zealand and have given people some ideas but what are you interested in and at which ports? Ask and I will help if I can.

The first place to look is https://www.ncl.com/nz/en/excursions filling in the specific ports in the "Find the perfect excursion area".
