Online check in

I just finished the online check in and hit print button to print the setsail pass and nothing happens. Has anyone else experienced this?

Sometimes on my computer, the selected printer switches to something called “One Note” instead of our home printer. One note is some sort of software on the computer where it saves the document (rather than prints it). I went through many frustrating troubleshooting activities before realizing nothing was wrong with my printer or computer, it was just that the selected printer on my print screen didn’t actually have my printer selected. Hope that makes sense.

 

Next time you hit “print,” check the printer that is selected on the pop up screen (the one where you can choose to print in color or double sided etc) before pressing print for the final time.

Everybody loves to blame RCI's I.T. department for things and most of the time it's deserved. This problem however is more likely a setting on your computer.

Try a different browser.

or print to a PDF. Then you can take that to a place where you can print it directly.

I have the same issue with my printer. On some documents I have to download to my computer first then I can print.
