Best way to get to Aix during strike

We were planning on going to Aix from Marseille on May 29 when in port on Symphony, but the train strike will be happening that day. What is the best alternate way to get to Aix?

Buses will probably be on strike also.

So, by car. Rent or excursion. Also use rome2rio.com to see what uber or taxis would charge.

We ran into a train strike once on the day we were planning to go from Nice to Marseille...we ended up taking the bus.

 

And actually, the bus is probably the better way to get to Aix from Marseille.

They are running a DIY that provides a bus to Aix for $55 per person. May be my best option, but seems steep.

Don't count on the buses running during the strike. But, the SNCF website shows the trains can be booked for that day.

Anything that the ship does you can probably get a local guide to do for less. Maybe Provence Connections. A couple of years ago we spent a little less than that but it included a walking tour.
