I believe you need to call them directly for all preference choices.

The "new improved" website ... lacks many functions of any of the older versions.....So sad...but until their IT fixes this (and it's been awhile)...anything like that requires a phone call to RCI :eek::eek::eek:

I just went to their website and saw that this feature as ALSO disappeared...UGH.

You also can no longer cancel a booking or change cabins online anymore
