D-Day full day excur from LeHavre or Cherbourg

Please, if anyone has space on a small group tour for June 18 from LeHavre for D-Day, or from Cherbourg for D-Day.June 19, Please email us. 2 pax. Currently, I have rec'd. a response from "American Footsteps Tour" w, Valerie Valtier. It would be 7 pax van for 650Euro , June 18 from LeHavre. Pick up/drop at ship. 8:30am, return to be decided. She requires 20% deposit (Non refundable, and Euro cash at tour. Since we are only 2 pax, I really would prefer to join an existing group, rather than put a non refundable deposit down. Anyone?

Per board rules, tour shares are done on your Roll Call. As we don't know ship you are on, you should go to the master list of HAL Roll Calls, find your ship, then your sailing.

Hopefully you can convince some others from your group to join you on your excursion.

We did the ship tour on Royal Caribbean's Legend of the Seas. It was a very enjoyable tour, but two hour bus ride each way.

 

 

It said it was a limited group excursion in the description, but we had two full busloads.

 

 

We also saw the Bayeaux tapestry, something DH really wanted to do, and we were not guaranteed the Bayeaux on the private excursion put together on our Roll Call.
