propwash Posted May 31, 2018 #1 Share Posted May 31, 2018 In reviewing vaccinations for Italy the CDC has reported an outbreak of measles. Does everyone get the vaccine before going or just being careful? I had them when I was a kid. Thanks Danny
CruiserBruce Posted May 31, 2018 #2 Share Posted May 31, 2018 MMR (Mumps. Measles, Rubella) is very common vaccination given early in life. The vast majority of people probably already have it. Where is this outbreak? Near common cruise ports? Should this be posted on the Italy board as it has nothing to do with HAL, rather it has to do with ANYBODY, from any cruise line, visiting Italy? Homosassa Posted May 31, 2018 #3 Share Posted May 31, 2018 Italy also has crunchy granola parents who believe the misinformation about autism and vaccinations. Measles are on the rise across the country as politicians seeking election vow to do away with compulsory immunizations before starting a state school. Politicians shouldn't be offering medical advice of any kind. They will say or do anything to get elected. Ask your doctor about what immunizations you already have or should have. Krazy Kruizers Posted May 31, 2018 #5 Share Posted May 31, 2018 Agree -- talk with your doctor as to what shots you need for where you are going.
