OBC question

I have quite a lot of OBC for our upcoming cruise and see that there is a “sale” on the Land Discoveries page bundling an unlimited internet package with an excursion credit and a premium drinks package for 2. My question is, if I purchased this now, could I later have my credit card refunded and have it taken off of my OBC?
