Norwegian Cruiser 73 Posted August 10, 2018 #26 Share Posted August 10, 2018 BTW, The Venchi is on the Seaside and Seaview, not the Meraviglia. In my opinion the Speciality restaurants on both the Seaview and Meraviglia is excellent, except the Eataly on the Meraviglia which was a bit disapointing. But the Butchers Cut on the Meraviglia and Asian Market on the Seaview was excellent. Fantastic food and great service, higly recommended.
Lars997 Posted August 10, 2018 #27 Share Posted August 10, 2018 Don't misunderstand me. Speciality restaurants are good. But I say if you are in the Yacht Club you don't really need it, it's not much better. In example, the speciality restaurants on the RCCL are in our opinion better. And the filet mignon in the YC stands up to the one in the butchers cut. And you are right, Venchi is on the Seaside. But Meraviglia has the Jean Phillipe chocolate bar which was in our opinion better. You could make custom chocolate bars. Rare Beamafar Posted August 10, 2018 #28 Share Posted August 10, 2018 BTW, The Venchi is on the Seaside and Seaview, not the Meraviglia. ... and I'd add that the pub on Meraviglia is an English one - the Brass Anchor - not Irish.

mackfam Posted September 28, 2018 #30 Share Posted September 28, 2018 Trying to decide between Seaside and Meraviglia for an inside YC cabin. Can anyone comment on any significant differences between the experiences on either ship or recommend one over the other. firstcarib Posted September 28, 2018 #31 Share Posted September 28, 2018 Oh wow - I never thought that there is any difference ;p;p If you really think theres no difference between an Irish pub & an English pub, perhaps you need to get off the ships & explore the countries( [emoji13][emoji12]joke joke, not being snarky!) Try the Guinness in Ireland ( especially in Dublin) & the real ales in England Sent from my iPad using Forums
