I'm a fan of NCL and am sailing the Bliss in March. I guess I find it disappointing that since the Bliss was designed for Alaska that it wasn't designed with a heated solarium pool. It would have given all including kids a chance to swim and be entertained. NCL should have taken a design que from the new MSC Seaside and its wonderful indoor pool with retractable roof.

Shoot, they could leave it open but still heat it and that would have been fine. Anything to spread the people out.

Yes. The pools and Spice H20 water feature are heated. The ocean water (where the pools are filled) is 50 degrees - too cold for swimming. Pools in use this morning in Juneau.

 

Probably hard to see, steam coming off of feature this morning in Juneau.
