tring Posted June 23, 2018 #1 Share Posted June 23, 2018 We have got a 24 night cruise booked for October and we think we will probably need to re schedule it for another cruise for family reasons (probably for one going out September 2019 or thereabouts). Looking at available cruises on the net it is not obvious that port parking is included with select price for Southampton departures, yet we do not remember ever not having that included. The P&O website does say there is an on board spend given on outside cabins and above, but no mention of parking. Will we need to pay for the parking with select fare? Our final deposit is due on the 6th July, so we would need to transfer soon to retain our deposit. Hence no time to wait for other offers and we can only transfer to a cruise which departs within a year of out original sailing date.
tartanexile81 Posted June 24, 2018 #2 Share Posted June 24, 2018 Yes looks like it is. If you click on book a cruise, choose one you might be interested in then click the pricing tab, it shows you there. £65 obc or free parking or free coach
jeanlyon Posted June 24, 2018 #3 Share Posted June 24, 2018 If you take the OBC and then book parking with Parking4cruises, you should save quite a bit of money. It's hardly any different, you drop the car at the short stay just across the road. Does depend how much OBC is offered though.
tring Posted June 24, 2018 Author #4 Share Posted June 24, 2018 Thanks for the replies will take advice from both. I have found it on the website now, but needed to scroll down rather than just click on a cabin and proceed with the mock booking. That is how it seems to be working for the cruises I am looking at for next summer, but will fiddle again to see if it will come up more readily.
