GUT2407 Posted June 30, 2018 #3 Share Posted June 30, 2018 It’s exactly the same as if you put that amount of cash on your account, usually doesn’t show up till day two.
NantahalaCruiser Posted July 1, 2018 #4 Share Posted July 1, 2018 And since there are two types of OBC, refundable and non-refundable, the non-refundable is the first type to be applied against on-board purchases. After all of your NR OBC is utilized, then your refundable OBC starts to be applied to your purchases. Any excess refundable OBC at the end of your cruise is credited back to your credit card. And OBC from Celebrity can also be used prior to your cruise to book shore excursions or specialty restaurants. Not so with OBC from your TA.
