Rare hmorrow Posted July 4, 2018 #1 Share Posted July 4, 2018 hi If I have a cruise booked with a non refundable deposit, and I cancel, I am under the impression that they keep $100 pp towards another cruise, and refund the difference. If this is correct, what is the time frame for booking the new cruise. Thanks Helaine

You get no part of your deposit back and you must cruise (not book) using the future cruise credit within a year from the cancellation.
Ken at the beach Posted July 4, 2018 #3 Share Posted July 4, 2018 You can also “move” your cruise to any other available cruise (some available until April 2020) and only lose the $100 per person. If your cruise is ni5 until next year then wait until just before final payment is die then move it to one further out that you want. By that time more itineraries should be released stretching even further out into the future.
