Penalty for changing cabin locations on the ship ????

We are booked on the Miracle for a January sailing. Thinking seriously about changing cabin locations. What would the penalty be? It may not be worth it. Thanks for any info.

Are you trying to downgrade your cabin??

IF you change within the same cabin class there is no problem at all.

Call and ask. It should not be a big deal.

actually I'm thinking of going from an extended bal. to a side bal. I guess I think we will always get pentlized for something!!

You can always call and ask, or if you use a travel agent, see what they can do. Our travel agent was able to get some fees waived for us when we had to cancel and rebook, so sometimes they can waive the rules. :)

OK so it sounds like you are downgrading from an extended balcony to a regular balcony cabin. IF you did not book the Early Saver rate and you are NOT passed final payment you can cancel and rebook. I'd definitely call and not do it on the web site.

It depends on how you booked. Some fares (Early Saver) are very restrictive.

If you booked an Early Saver rate, you will be charged $50 per person to make the change. I speak from experience and will never book ES again because we change our minds too often as we receive better casino rates later.
