Are cruise deposits fully refundable 100 days out?

Is it me, or is the cancellation policy confusing to everyone? If I cancel a balcony 100 days out and before final payment is due, will the deposit be fully refunded? Does the deposit have to be applied to another cruise. I don't see an option where I can cancel the reservation on the NCL site. My NCL. Thanks! :)

If you booked a cruise before the 120 days final payment rule came into effect, and your (LATEST) cruise confirmation says that your final payment due is 90 days before, then you are okay in getting the deposit back before the final payment due if you cancel.

If you use TA, better do so a week before the 90 days.

BOTTOM LINE: look in your LATEST cruise confirmation for the final payment date ….
